Waiwhetū Medical Centre
Waiwhetū Medical Centre operates under the korowai of Te Rūnganganui o Te Āti Awa. The team apply a whānau approach to deliver wrap around support services that aim to identify and meet the needs of whānau living in Te Awa Kairangi.
We have tākuta (GPs), nēhi (Nurses), Health Care Assistants, a Clinical Pharmacist, a Health Coach and a Health Improvement Practitioner to support whānau on their hauora journey.
Wheelchair access and disability parking is available directly at the front of the medical centre entrance.
PRESCRIPTIONS
Prescription requests will be processed between 48 to 72 hours (business days). Patients will receive a text message when the prescription is ready to be collected.
TEST RESULTS
If there is any follow up from your test results, a Nurse or GP will contact you.
